Custom AI development for real business work: agents, assistants and automation, each connected to your tools, running in your cloud, and live in weeks. Most clients start with one and add the next once the first is paying for itself.

SaaS platform development

We design and build SaaS products end to end: multi-tenant architecture, subscriptions and billing, admin tools, and the AI features that set you apart. From a first MVP to a platform serving thousands of customers.

Typical stack: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, Postgres, AWS

What we deliver

  • MVP in 8 to 12 weeks
  • Multi-tenant architecture, SSO and roles
  • Stripe subscriptions and billing
  • Admin dashboards and analytics

Most AI projects stall in the gap between the demo and daily use.

Most AI projects stall after the demo. Ours go live.

MIT’s 2025 study of enterprise AI found that most generative AI pilots never produced a measurable return. The model is rarely the reason.

Projects stall on messy data, missing integrations, a security review nobody planned for, and no one owning the result. We plan for all of it from the first week, because we’re the engineers who will build and run it.

95%

of enterprise generative AI pilots showed no measurable profit impact.

Where AI pays off first.

We work across sectors, but these are the industries where we see the fastest return today, including the regulated ones where privacy, validation and audit trails are not optional.

Built in Canada. Governed like it matters.

Your IT, security and legal teams will have questions. We answer them before they ask: where the data lives, who can see it, what the AI is allowed to do, and how every decision can be explained later.

  • Your cloud, your keys

We build inside your environment, under your identity provider and encryption keys. Nothing you send is used to train someone else's model.

  • Privacy by design

PIPEDA and Québec Law 25 obligations are designed in from the first sprint, with a privacy impact assessment as a standard deliverable.

  • Measured, not guessed

Every system ships with an evaluation suite, red-team results and a written definition of what good looks like, agreed with your team.

  • Every action on the record

Agents act with the narrowest permissions that work. Each step is logged, attributable to a person or a policy, and reversible.

  • No lock-in to one model

We choose models by evaluation, not by partnership, and design so a better or cheaper one can be swapped in without a rebuild.

How we handle security

Three ways to work with us.

Start small or start building. Every engagement has a fixed scope and price up front, and you only commit to the next step once the last one has delivered.

Why we’re called IdeaSolved.

Every leadership team we meet has a list of AI ideas. Very few of those ideas ever become something people use every day. Ideas are easy; solving them takes engineering.

We’ve been building software for Canadian companies since 2018: web platforms, SaaS products, integrations and automation, for more than 75 clients. AI has changed how much can be solved. It hasn’t changed who does the solving: a small senior team that understands your business, tells you plainly what will work, and stays until it does.
